How to verify your benefits
- 1. Call the member number on the back of your insurance card.
- 2. Ask about outpatient mental health benefits — specifically CPT codes 90791 (intake), 90834 and 90837 (therapy sessions).
- 3. Confirm your copay, deductible, and any authorization requirements.
- 4. Reach out to us with your details — we can help interpret and get you scheduled.
Private pay & Good Faith Estimate
Private-pay rates vary by clinician and session length. If you're uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you are entitled under the No Surprises Act to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges — we'll provide one on request.
